I can't say how much I appreciate Karson.
He was with us as we toured multiple houses and explored several different options when it came to our next steps with buying a house. He was responsive and ready to jump on a house as quickly as we were. I also appreciated how realistic he was when it came to putting in offers and at one point when to walk away. We were first-time home buyers with very specific requirements on what we wanted in a home, but that was no challenge for Karson. He was able to send us several listings that included our home requirements and was able to book us quickly if we were interested. His responsiveness and ability to show us several different housing options, really helped us narrow down what was really important to us in a home and ultimately allowed us to purchase our dream home. Karson was able to come with us to every house showing at the drop of a hat (same day, even same night), working with our busy schedules and our child's schedule. He also built connections with several site agents who had housing plans we liked, in order to get insight on future developments around the area in case that was the route we decided on. When we stumbled across our dream home, thanks to Karson, he was able to guide us through the offer process and provided guidance to us on ways to create a strong offer letter. Fortunately, with Karson's guidance we successfully got the house! Even after the purchase of the home, Karson continued to be responsive to all of our questions.
